About Me

I am an Integrative Counsellor, specialising in working with adolescents and young adults from 11-25 years old from my practice in Crystal Palace, South East London.

In my practice you will find a confidential, respectful, supportive and non-judgemental environment where you can address and explore your emotions, fears and worries.

My role as a counsellor is to facilitate young people in recognising, nurturing, developing and utilising their problem solving skills. 

​

I have over 20 years experience of working with young people in a variety of different settings, from new born right through into adulthood, and with a range of complex needs. 

​

I have a background in Education working as the lead counsellor at a secondary school, and also in the private healthcare sector.

I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists, and my private practice is based in South East London where I provide short term and open ended, face to face and online therapy for 11-25 year olds.
